My earliest memories of being interested in music are from the age of about 12 when I would steal my parents records and play them on my first record player, songs like Jigsaws ‘Sky High’ and Typicaly Tropicals ‘Barbados’!

At the age of 16 my parents realised my passion and set me up with a twin deck D.J. console and I soon started doing parties, school discos, charity events etc, whilst still watching the pros of the day to learn their trade.

Soon the summer of 1988 arrived and I found myself on the seafront in Great Yarmouth, DJing at many of the music and showbars in the resort, working to the crowds of Holiday Party Animals !

From then on it was back to Staffordshire to work at various venues around the region, including, hotels, bars, clubs, and a brief spell selling records and running part of an entertainment agency.

As the saying goes ‘Time flies when your having fun’, and before I knew it millenium had arrived and I was given the oppertunity to sample the greek way of life in Corfu! sun sea sand and a DJ job seven nights a week!

On my return back to the UK in 2001 I presented the drivetime show on Stone Fm and in 2002 drivetime on Smart Radio.

Eleven hot fun summers later and im still doing the job I love, playing music and meeting amazing people, but its always nice to return home to Staffordshire, and I am very pleased to be part of the great team at Stafford fm.
