Lucy has a real passion for music.  She has been brought up listening to a wide range of music, from the 60’s to the noughties,  jazz and blues to R & B. Lucy wanted to share her love of music with other people and what better place to do it than on the radio?

Lucy is currently in school studying for her GCSE exams.  In an attempt to gather some experience she contacted Signal One, hoping to get some careers advice and a taste of what the world of radio is really all about.  Unfortunately there was no reply.  After further efforts to make contact with Signal One, our presenter, Scott Dutton, added Lucy on Facebook himself.  He was able to offer advice and support, explaining his role as a radio presenter; he even attempted to get Lucy involved in the online radio station he was currently working for, but to no avail.

Scott informed Lucy via Email that Stafford FM was re-launching and that there was a possibility, if she was still interested, that she could become part of the team.  Lucy was overwhelmed by this offer; to which she accepted, met with the team and she now presents Stafford FM’s Fat 15 Chart Show alongside Scott on Wednesday evenings from 9pm.

Lucy met Scott for the first time at the Stafford FM studios after talking to each other on a social networking site. Scott knew very little about Lucy apart from what he had seen on Facebook so he decided to ask her 10 questions. Check out the answers Lucy gave below:
