Marky D is a versatile musician with over 6 years experience in  audio production working with many different artists around the UK as a freelance songwriter, mixing engineer, producer & session guitarist.

He’s engineered for musicians now on a major label, produced music for celebrity TV actors, performed around the UK with bands, created audio reels for Radio, created audio adverts for local business’s and produced a number of local artists, one of which received 8/10 from KERRANG! Radio and won Stafford’s Raw Talent contest in 2008.

His music has been used for theatre productions in America and his popular cover of Beethoven’s ‘Moonlight Sonata Rock’ features on  45 Surf & 9 Shooter promotional modelling videos. He has been involved with Stafford FM since the early planning stages and is responsible for creating the station jingles and show themes along with Lee Middleton, head of station imaging.

Marky is new to the world of radio known for his tongue-in-cheek humour and quirky sayings. He currently has a brand new super charged show called ‘The Hour of Power’ airing every Saturday night from 9pm – 10pm so be sure to tune in and have a listen!
